House of DIRT is available by the hour 7 days a week between 7 am-1 am. The hourly fee covers rental of the entire space, including the front, back and side porches. House of DIRT requires that clients book at least one hour before guest arrival time and one hour after guest departure time to allow for vendor setup and cleanup. *Photo shoot rental rate: $135/hourly with a 3 hour minimum.

We require a security deposit of $1,000 and a 50% non-refundable deposit of the rental fee in order to secure your date. The remainder will be due 30 days before your event. We require a credit card on file for all events.
